Material characterization

Description

The Research activities focus on the development of innovative methods for characterization, monitoring, and quality control of materials and systems in the field of scintillation detectors for the revealing and measuring  radiation and high-energy particles used in applications ranging from biomedicine to aerospace, physics, and environmental control. The Research is oriented to non-invasive methods based on optical and electrooptical technologies, acoustic and vision systems, microscopy and diffractometry methods.
