Internship Procedure

Students who wish to undertake an internship at DIISM must:

• Obtain the signature of the academic tutor.
• Complete and sign the self-certification of completed training and, if required, the authorization for access to laboratories.

The required forms (in Italian) can be downloaded from the following page:

The completed forms must be submitted in electronic format (or, alternatively, in paper format) to the Departmental Health and Safety Officer, Mr. Gabriele Gabrielli (g.gabrielli@univpm.it), and for information to the Head of the Department, Professor Michele Germani (m.germani@univpm.it).

As required, the self-certification (under penalty of false declaration) presupposes the completion of the mandatory training required for access to laboratories, available at the following link:
