Research Areas

His research activity concerns the development of methods and tools for the evaluation and optimization of the energy efficiency of production systems in the context of Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0. This work is developed within the framework of the PNR 2015-2020 Project “Innovative methods and tools for the REACTive Product Design and Manufacturing” (REACT), where Università Politecnica delle Marche is partner.

Capsule Bio

Roberto Menghi graduated in Architectural Building Engineering at the Università Politecnica delle Marche in 2010. Passed the government exam and licensed as a profession engineer, he collaborated with some technical studies and, from 2014 to 2017 he worked as research fellow. In November 2017 he started the PhD course in Industrial Engineering at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Mathematical Sciences (DIISM) at the Università Politecnica delle Marche. His research interest includes User-Centred Design, Human-Computer interaction and Ambient-Assisted Living.
