Research Areas

His research activity is focused on the development of new systems and methods, within the additive manufacturing, applied to the biomedical world.
The research activity entitled “The smart factory at the service of medicine: development of new systems and methodologies” is carried out, within the “Innovative Research Doctorate”, in collaboration with the cluster Marche Cluster Foundation, the Polytechnic University of Marche and with a co-supervisor of the University of Macerata.

Capsule Bio

Lorenzo Verdenelli received his Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2018, with the thesis entitled “Dynamic characterization of human tibia: Experimental and numerical analysis”, carried out at the DIISM (Department of Industrial Engineering and Mathematical Sciences) of the Polytechnic University of Marche.
Since 2018 he is a PhD at the DIISM of the Polytechnic University of Marche.
