Research Areas

Her research activity is focused on the development of innovative techniques for smart homes. This work is developed within the framework of the EU H2020 Project “RenoZeb”, Accelerating Energy renovation solution for Zero Energy buildings and Neighbourhoods,  “BimSpeed”, Harmonised Building Information Speedway for Energy – Efficient Renovation, and “e-WARE”, Early Warning (by Lifestyle Monitoring) Accompanies Robotics”  where Marche Polytechnic University is partner.

Capsule Bio

Nicole Morresi received her Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering at Marche Polytechnic University in July 2018. Her thesis, entitled “Bilirubin optical measurement: calibration procedure development and product redesign” has been developed in the framework of the regional project “SINC”, System Improvement for Neonatal Care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the “G. Salesi” Children’s Hospital. Since 2018 she has been a PhD student at DIISM (Department of Industrial Engineering and Mathematical Sciences) of the Marche Polytechnic University.
